Ringer volume going to zero even though ‘change with buttons’ is disabled.

My iPhone 8plus keeps turning the ringer volume to zero without me adjusting it and disabling the change with buttons option is off.

Ringer volume keeps turning itself down on IPhone 8 I have an IPhone 8, a couple months old. The ringer volume keeps turning itself way down. I have set it inside of sounds and haptics, and turned "change with buttons" off. This is very aggravating because I keep missing calls.

I meant to say that I have turned the ‘change with buttons’ option OFF.
