New iCloud Email

I already have an iCloud email address, but I want to make a new iCloud email address and use that for my devices, without losing my information and purchases. How can I do that?

Is the iCloud email associated with your Apple ID from a third-party? If it is, you can change that otherwise you cannot change your iCloud email.

No, it’s already an iCloud email. That’s where I’m running into the issue.
