The day new update came, I downloaded it and then it asked me to restart my computer and now, I probably have restarted it more than 30 times but still it keeps on reflecting to restart to download the software.
I don't know what to do!! Since the day this update has turned up i've noticed my system performance been going down!

also share device specs with which os are you currently running
i think you might try downloading catalina from appstore and then run installer
