Icloud payment type

Because my credit card on file with Icloud was compromised I had to block that credit card #. In the meantime my monthly payment with Icloud is due today, and of course it did not go through. I will not receive my new credit card won't get to me for another few weeks. I tried setting up a new payment type as a debit card, but it doesn't let me (only wants credit cards or paypal). What do I do now?

You should be able to buy and redeem an iTunes gift card and use that for your iCloud storage payment. That’s the only way that I pay for our family storage. I use iTunes gift cards.

Redeem your App Store & iTunes Gift Card - Apple Support

You will have to buy the card at a store and then redeem it in the settings or in the App Store or the iTunes app.
