IPad Ios update
Hi, I have a second generation ipad & the only software update available is 9.3.5 however when i try to download & install nothing happens? Any suggestions? Thanks

Explain nothing happens. Does the software download? If it downloads does the installation process begin at all? With a device that old, you may need to use iTunes on a computer in order to update the software.
