Yesterday my phone had been working fine all day no concerns then it started to have green lines and a black dot at the bottom of the screen it has a crack screen protector on and a smash proof case on no damage had occurred unsure if a wire has come apart on the inside phone was brought in April

hello my phone has still not been able to have the green lines removed I’ve tried numerous things new software update switching it off for a few hours charging it fully and green lines are still present I think it could be down to a wire who can I call for support I’ve had the phone since April and it’s now causing problems
