Why I cannot connect to the Apple Store

Are you getting any messages or errors on the screen?


Make sure that you're connected to the internet using Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Download the latest iOS update on your phone by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

Make sure that the date & time on your phone is correct, go to Settings > General > Date & Time.

Restart your phone & connect to a different Wi-Fi network.

If you have any VPN or profiles installed, remove it. Go to Settings > General > VPN or Settings > General > Profiles.


Check this: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
