i upgrade my storage iPhone but I can’t use it !!

You can’t upgrade the storage space on the phone itself, so if you bought more iCloud storage thinking that would rectify a situation where you are getting messages that the phone is out of space, that will not help. iCloud storage is totally different than the physical space on your phone.
