Lost I phone11

My I phone 11 was stolen when got the notification of its location the lost device. What am I supposed to do as lost device is nolonger in my I cloud account.

The problem is that the lost iPhone is nolonger in the find my iPhone app ie it has disappeared.

is there a way to bring it back to the app?
