Refund request!!

I am contacting you guys regarding to a refund request. I downloaded a live wallpaper app, to see what it was. And Some how I accidentally subscribed to the app and it charged my bank $16 and change. Please help me, I did not mean for this to happen. That’s $16 I really need because I have bills due this Friday please help.
