Why can I not use sidecar with my iMac and iPad?

My devices meet the minimal requirements iMac - 27-inch late 2015 MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 and iPad Pro version 12.4.1. I have followed this document to try to get it to work https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210380

Any help would be appreciated.

The iPad needs to be running iPadOS 13.

Also, does your Late 2015 27" iMac include the word "Retina" in the model name in About This Mac > Overview?
