No sound on iPhone 7 calls

My iPhone 7 Plus has just started having this issue. Can take calls through Bluetooth headphones and car but nothing coming through on phone and speaker symbol is greyed out. Has anyone got a resolution to the problem?

My iPhone 7 makes no sound when i call someone, the call goes through but i hear nothing and the other person hears nothing. Please anyone with a solution help me

I had the same thing happened today my heart sunk just purchased these for Christmas so I get it. Call Apple directly they are very helpful they will send you out a new pair and have you send back the Defective AirPods with return address label after you receive your new ones. I have iphone 7 pulse the Audio not working at the call time , I try to refresh and updating but still no sound at the call time?
