My phone says it is disabled and i need to connect to itunes but i cant my phone anywhere on the computer to sync it

my iPhone XR is disabled and says I need to connect to iTunes but it doesn't say sync anywhere on my phone

you don't sync it you put it in recovery mode as outlined here If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
