I tried the above a couple of times but get in twilight zone type loop. When I enter new e-mail address, I get an error message stating I enter the incorrect verification code, but never had the option to enter the code

Also, when I start the process, I get a pop-up stating I need to provide consent as a parent, but I never get the "promissed" e-mail as a parent to provide consent
