FaceTime Login

Hi, I am facing login issues with FaceTime in my Mac air. It shows " this account has no reachable addresses. Please sign in to appleid.apple.com in order to add one". I did login to but I haven't seen options to solve this issue

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

"Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
Click Edit in the Account section.
Under Reachable at, select Add More.
Enter your additional email address and we'll send a verification to that address. Didn't get the email?
Enter the verification code and click Verify."
