I have a new iPhone. I need to back up my data and exchange the phone. I am facing problem while try to erase the data after back up.
J want to transfer data from old to new iPhone.

Once you have completed the backup then erase the data on your iPhone right from the iPhone as shown below-
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Erase All Contents & Settings - This will erase everything your iPhone and reset it to factory settings.
