Need urgent help as screen recording audio didn’t record

ive recorded a very important video relying on the screen recording feature of the app however it has not worked. The entire video has got recorded without any audio? How’s that even possible ? What’s the point of recording then? @apple I need urgent support and resolution for this problem and help access the recording with the sound.
