Apple TV

I have just purchased a new iPhone 11. With that I was given access to Apple TV free for 12 Months, when I go into watch programs I’m asked to pay. Why??

The offer is for Apple TV+, the streaming service of Apple Originals.

iTunes Store movies and TV shows are not included (buy or rent).

Other premium Apple TV app Channels are not included.
