Can’t make calls but I received calls whatsapp and sms
i cant make call when I call some one it tells calls failed

WhatsApp is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support
SMS, MMS, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
