Bootcamp Partition Help!

Im using a Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 trying to install a Windows 10 and Im just desperate at this point, I have watched many tutorials and guides but nothing seems to work! I just need to know what to do to partition my Mac since I don't really understand much about computer stuff.

In many videos I have seen people using the Disk Utility app to clean/change things in the Bootcamp, but that won't even show up, like I never even touched bootcamp in the first place. What do I need to do to fix this?
