my new iphone 11 paired with the wrong phone when i brought it home

I brought my daughters new iPhone 11 home yesterday and it paired with my phone instead of her old phone. I need to get all my stuff off of her new phone and get her stuff on the new one.

Not sure what to do with my old phone to remove my information. I thought I only had to change Sim cards but all my data is still in the old phone. You need to Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
