Messages not delivered

Try restarting your device.

If you do not have text message forwarding enabled on an iPhone, you can only send iMessages to other iOS/iPadOS users. You cannot send messages to non-Apple users without this enabled.

My 2019 iPad Is not sending messages to some of my contacts ? I have tried switching it off to no avail
