Forgot Bluetooth Device- how to regain it on my iPad

Please help me because I push out my Sony headphones and I can’t bring back it now on my iPad. What I can to do to regain my forgot Bluetooth device?

Forget device bluetooth I pressed “forget this device” on my iPhone because I had a connection issue with my headphones. As with just about any bluetooth device.. you'll need to put your headphones into pairing mode, then it should show up in the Bluetooth list for your iPad to connect to
