iPhone 7 storage

It’s says my storage is full but I only have one app now and barely any photos it’s says it’s “other” that’s taking up my space but I don’t know what that is can anyone help me

why is my iphone taking up all its storage with the "other" section? hello, im not sure why my phone is taking up all my space i literally cannot even download apps anymore or photos and i have like 100 photos and 6 apps i really use, my phone has 64GB but 40GB is being used for other in my storage. i tried researching my best on this and did my best but nothing worked.
