How can I unlock it without itunes

You don't, sorry.
You need a computer running iTunes (PC) or running iTunes/Finder (Mac).
If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends or ask for help at an Apple Store or AASP.
These are the only steps you can perform in such a situation:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
