iPad storage

My 32GB iPad’s storage is full. I have offloaded several apps and cleared history and data from safari, but Other storage still sits at 19.67 GB. What can I do to substantially lower the Other storage?

How to reduce 'Other' storage on iPhone? I have 15g of 'Other' storage on my 32g iPhone and of course have run out of space. How do I reduce it? (have already cleared Safari cache) And why is it that my 32g iPad with essentially the same stuff on it, has only 5g of 'Other' storage? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
