Does icloud call me if ive been hacked?

Recently, I received a phone call that my iCloud Account was comprised! It was a recorded message!

Does iCloud ever call you if your account is comprised? Or hacked?

No. Apple would never call you, unless you requested a callback using getsupport.apple.com.
