iPhone XR accidentally dropped over running water
I was if there’s any indication of water damage. I rest my phone for 5 hours and there are no screen or speaker damage. Does that mean my phone is okay?

The iPhone XR is water-resistant and can withstand a depth of 1 meter in water for up to 30 minutes, so you should be fine. However, as Johnathan Burger mentioned, it is recommended to backup your device either through iCloud or your computer.
