get a different id for second phone

My wife and I are using the same Apple ID and I need to set up a new ID on her phone. How do I do that??

Please go to this website ➔ www.appleid.apple.com and setup a new Apple ID and Password. Once completed then log out of your Apple ID on your iPhone and then log in with your new Apple ID. This will automatically create a new iCloud account as well.
