My Apple Watch will not charge at all I have tried a different charging cable and nothing. I have changed outlets and still nothing. I had noticed that the battery had not been lasting as long recently but it always charged. Any advise or suggestions???

Try a hard restart. Hold down the crown button and side button until the apple logo comes up. I realize this may not work because of the battery but it can't hurt. If that doesn't help you should Contact - Official Apple Support. Good luck
