I bought 50gb of iPhone storage and It still says I don’t have enough storage , what do I do?

You didn't bought "iPhone" storage... you bought "iCloud" storage.
But if the problem comes from your iPhone you can't expand your device's capacity.
Go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage.... and delete sonm stuff from there.
