Can’t Download Apps
Every time I try and download an app it makes me put in my card info even if the app is free. Then it says “app can’t be downloaded due to previous purchase” but I don’t have any subscriptions.

Do you have any previous purchases that resulted in funds denied? If so, you have an outstanding debt on your account that will need to be paid before your will be allowed to use your account again. Even for free apps.
