I keep getting message that my storage is full even after I deleted And offloaded apps that I need. Why is that? And what can I do?

What is making my storage full, and what do I need to do?

storage if my storage is full, does that make all my apps work really bad and not load at all cause this is causing me a problem and i keep deleting so much stuff and in a day or two my storage comes back to being full again
