My iCloud tabs on iPhone disappeared. When I open the tab on the iPhone it appears on the iCloud tab on the Mac. How can I fix it?

I restarted my Mac and iPhone many times, turned off and on "Safari" in iCloud settings many times too and it finally helped.
Glad to hear it finally worked out for you. iCloud can be iffy sometimes.
