How can I mirror my IPhone on my Ipad

How can I mirror my IPhone to my iPad? Screen mirroring doesn’t show the iPad as an option on my phone.

iPhone 4s, iOS 9

Chris0107 is correct. You can use Sidecar from Mac to iPad, and AirPlay from iPad or iPhone to an AirPlay target such as an AirPlay-capable TV or to Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, but screen sharing is not available between iPhone and iPad.

I do not believe you can mirror an iPhone to an iPad (or vice versa)
