If I wanted to purchase and iPhone 11 or 11 pro off the apple site are the prices shown only offered if you open up a new plan ? Or can I use an existing plan ? Thank u!

The prices on Apple's website are just for the device.
Every time I've purchased an iPhone I just go into an Apple Store where they are pretty quickly able to transfer my cellular service to my new phone. I'm sure the current state of things makes this more difficult though. I would suspect that if you order your phone online and have it delivered, you would simply call your cellular carrier and give them the numbers from the box.
