How do I update my payment method on file? It won't take my card

I am trying to update my payment method on file because my account has been disabled, but my credit card wasn't accepted either. What do I do?

First you have to get your account enabled before you can change the payment method.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
