My airpods pro won't reconnect

I did a hard reset ("Forget this Device.") on my airpods pro after they stopped connecting. I have gone through the steps with pressing and holding the reset button but they will not pair. What do I do?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

My airpods don't reset I have followed all the instructions online and it doesn't work to press the reset button. they have been playing up with only connecting with one ear but now they don't connect at all and even the airpods don't connect with the iPhone anymore
