iMac loses hp printer constantly

My iMac keeps losing my HP OfficeJet 7720 printer. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled the drivers, but it still keeps happening. I am having to turn the printer off and on to get it to register the printer and even then it only lasts for a couple pages immediately then it loses it again. HELP please I am at my wits end

Since upgrading to 11.2.3 HP Printer issue I just upgraded to 11.2.3 on my New iMac. I use an HP OfficeJet 8710 ink jet printer. Before this update I had no printer issues. Now when I print to print again I have to turn the printer off and back on, then it prints. Print again, and then I have to turn it off and back on to print again. This goes on and one. I have deleted the printer and added it back again. Turned the computer and printer off and rebooted the iMac and same for the printer. So far nothing. Same, always have to turn on and off. Any ideas on this strange one?? Thanks Jim K

Printing issues with new HP printer I have MAC High Sierra OS. Since getting a new HP printer, the mac "can't find my printer" every time I try to print something. I have uninstalled and re-installed the downloaded software from HP numerous times. Any suggestions?

Check the IP of the Printer before & after it disconnects.

Do you have any device using a static IP that could be coming on & kicking the Printer off-line?

Is it connecting via Wifi, Ethernet. or USB?

Wifi, it has always worked fine and all of a sudden its not finding the printer on the iMac or from MacBook Air or apple phones. Help

Yes and I've turned the router off and left it for 30 mins or so
