Can not open several websites on Macbook Air

I can not enter multiple websites on my Macbook Air. It is already a couple years old, but for some reason, it says that the website I want to visit is ''not secured''. On my phone or other devices, I don't have this problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Maybe to re-install Safari?
