Erase all content and settings

I have seem to forgotten my screen time passcode so I decided to erase my phone to start fresh but i have to put my screen time passcode in. I decided to then click forgot passcode and put my apple id and password in but it says my apple id password is incorrect although i had just previously used it to purchase an app on the app store.
