My phones storage is full & I’ve done all the steps to free up storage. Added more iCloud storage, deleted photos & apps. But my “other” category on my storage is really high at 40GB & idk how to get it down or free up storage. Do you know how to free up the “other” storage?

You can use the Contact Support link in the upper right of your screen so that Apple can troubleshoot 'Other' storage issues on your device.

Its a corruption in storage. I just went through this annoying process. The only thing that FINALLY worked was a complete wipe out. Backed up my stuff to the cloud then factory reset
