another way to get into Mac recovery

I need to go into recovery mode to clean up the disk but my keyboard doesn't work. nor will my back up wireless keyboard. I have no wired keyboard. what are my options?

Help with Recovery Mode I can't get into Recovery Mode on my Intel Mac mini 2018 running Big Sur 11.5.1. I tried restarting and pressing Command-R, and it displays a screen with picture of a lock and requests a password. I type my password and it does nothing. I'm trying to restore my boot disk from a backup. I've done Recovery procedures in the past with little trouble, but this is frustrating. It doesn't seem to work as it did in the past. Suggestions welcome.

can I get to the recovery mode with windows key board ? Hi, I have a mac mini that stuck on the booting screen and when continuing to hold on the power button never takes me to the recovery mode. Is there any other suggestions I can do knowing that I have a windows key board?

You can use almost any USB wired keyboard, even one for a PC.

All the alphabetics and numerics are the same, and most of the control keys are the same as well. For Command substitute Windoze key.

Guess you need to get your keyboard fixed or buy a wired keyboard.
