AirPods Pro not connecting We just purchased the AirPod pro. We can not get them to connect to phone. If both of them are in the case, the light remains amber color. Of you remove one, they will connect but that one will not work. Help

Have you tried pushing the button in the back of the case and see if you can reset them? You will see a flashing white light if you can do the reset.
