Can siri regonize others voice than the user for " hey siri" ?

If you set up Hey Siri, it will only activate when you say Hey Siri.
If you set up Hey Siri, it will only activate when you say Hey Siri.
I have set hey siri only with my voice but my friends or other persons say hey siri it regonize their voice too.
Can Siri recognize others voice than the user for "hey Siri"?
