How do I get my Series 3 watch replaced?

How do I get my Series 3 (38 mm/aluminum) watch replaced? It was purchased in September, 2018 and its screen has cracked (apparently a defect that has since been remedied). I do not have copy of receipt as it was a gift, but serial # is below
