If you're asking if there is a way for you to get iOS 13 on your phone.. the answer is no.
There is not, and will not be a 'solution' to this because the device's hardware is too old. Unfortunately for you, the only solution if you want iOS 13 is to get a new phone. Any model newer than yours will work. Must be at least a 6s
that is because your iPhone 6 can't update to 13.6. It does not have new enough hardware/RAM. you can only go up to 12.4.8
It does not have sufficient hardware (RAM) to upgrade beyond iOS 12.4.8.
So there’s no alternative

The solution would be to buy a new, current-gen iPhone. An over 5 year old iPhone just cannot support the latest version.
