I am trying to update one of my apps even after I upgraded the stoarage

You upgraded iCloud storage. It is not possible to purchase additional iPhone storage.

iCloud storage is independent of iPhone storage. If you need more space on your phone, you will need to delete something.
I paid for the upgraded storage and it still isn’t letting me do anything
