Too big home screen of YouTube

YouTube Home screen still works as normal on a web browser. I think this terrible new design was on purpose. All I can this is that they want people to stop using the app. Because there is no sane person’s benefit to this horrible design choice. I just hope someone different is in charge of browser version. I’m really disappointed with google.

Given that several people are having issues with this, Google/Youtube seems to have changed something on their site. Since it is their app that appears to be malfunctioning they are the ones that need to fix it. You should look on their site. If several people here are having issues I’d bet that thousands of other users are as well.

Phew.... YouTube says it's a bug, not intentional. They won't allow me to post a link here but check TeamYouTube on Twitter.

This looks like a change on purpose. Who thought this would be a good idea? It makes YouTube on iPad unusable. I hope someone sane at Google brings back the old Home Screen.

As with many others, this sudden home screen change is making YouTube almost unusable on my iPad Air2. Way too much scrolling needed. What were they thinking?

Youtube App's Home seems back to normal.

Ok everyone. Adam says it is a bug. Thank goodness. Kostroman says he rebooted and it went away. i haven't tried yet but this is good news.

Yes, it's fixed! Uff... what a stressful experience... first world problems, LOL. No need to reboot. Just quit YouTube and relaunch.

A simple hard reset fixed this issue for me.
