I had to change the screen time passcode to manage my daughter's screen time. The new passcode works ONLY on my phone. She can still use the old passcode to access screen time on her phone. We've both updated our phones and restarted. How do I fix this?

Change the passcode on her device too.
If you are unable to reset Screen Time passcode from the this-> link then, you will need a computer. If you don't have one, borrow from a friend.
